My passion for the arts has manifested in multiple ways. While living in Hong Kong, I established an art dealership in which I identified and brought to market the works of talented but unknown artists from the Asia Pacific region. Over the past 7 years, my creative dance has been with wood. It has been my goal to work with a variety of woods. I strive to infuse mundane tasks with aesthetic fervor by creating one of a kind implements used in the preparation and serving of food.

I hand carve utensils in an array of woods.In my pieces ,the unique character of and pattern in the wood is front and center. My designs are fun, fanciful, and functional, and they are meant to enhance the experience of performing everyday tasks telated to food preparation and serving.
